
Automatic hot sandwich maker / Vending machine
It is a machine that automates the process of Sandwich making. it can also be Switched as a vending machine after the restaurant is closed.
This project was done as a final year project of my B.tech.
Starting from the idea to making the prototype is purely my own work under the guidance of Dr. Naveen Kumar.
Initially, I did background research related to sandwiches by interacting with the restaurant owners and customers. Listed down all the functions needed.
By using the Morphology chart I selected the mechanisms, materials, and designs based on that I designed 3d cad model with accurate dimensions. then manufactured every component.
In this project, I have used
- Laser cutting machine - 3D Printing machine - Bosch cutter
I myself did the coding part also. I have used an Arduino microcontroller.

Prototype Demonstration Video
Designing and prototyping of experimental kits in Physics for classes 11 & 12.
It is an internship project at CPDM, IISC Bangalore. We have been given NDIN –MHRD funded Project of Designing and prototyping of experimental kits in Physics for classes 11 & 12.
Under the Guidance - Prof. Gurumoorthy.

After doing a lot of research on existing experiments and the topics experiments are not clear. We have selected Two topics
Ray optics.
Total internal reflection.
We as a team of two members did this project.
We have constraints of the following:
We have to use the materials which are easily available in rural areas also.
It should be a do-it-yourself kind of product. So, we have to design Each component drawing, Assembly instructions of the prototype and Experiment manual.
we have to use the number of components as minimum as possible.
The final product should be of less cost.
We have faced problems in less no of components and fewer materials. We have optimized the product as much as possible.
In this project we have used

it is an integrated design of

the pendant consists of a digital watch and a hidden Pendrive inside.
it looks like a bracelet but it also functions as a digital watch.
This Design Won National recognition in Autodesk monthly Challenge.

WHEEL CHAIR - STRETCHER - BED
Designed for 3D design challenge conducted by Autodesk company.
Theme: Medical Equipment.
Design Software: Autodesk Fusion360
It is very difficult to transfer the patients from wheelchairs to scanning tables who got injured with bone fractures and other problems. And also very difficult to transfer the patients from wheelchairs to bed to take rest.
To solve these problems It will be converted from a wheelchair to a stretcher and also as a bed. So that we need not worry about transferring the patients.
WORKING:-
Initially, it is of wheelchair form. there is a suspension to the legs So that they will be comfortable while going on uneven surfaces.
We can convert it as a stretcher with wheels or without wheels(leg will bend).
And also We can convert it into a bed.
it will be very much Useful in hospitals and also lightweight
- Easy to use and occupies less space.

Aerodynamics has two primary concerns: the creation of downforce, to help push the car's tyres onto the track and improve cornering forces.
This car minimises drag and creates downward force .
Safety of the driver is also concentrated, Bullet proof glass is there to protect driver and also it reduces the drag.

BOTTLER MACHINE
Designed for 3D design challenge conducted by Autodesk company in our college.
Theme: Swachh Bharat
Won 1st prize in Fusion Design now event on the theme - Swatch Bharat. It was conducted in our college by Autodesk.
Idea is to reduce the littering of plastic or glass bottles and coke tins. So that it will keep the environment clean and reduces plastic pollution.
It is a machine --- which accepts plastic or glass bottles or coke tins, and the respective cost(money) of that bottle or tin will be credited in the form of mobile phone recharge, to the person who types his phone number after giving a bottle to the machine. The cost of the plastic bottle is measured by the weight of the bottle.
Suppose, if the bottle cost is 50 paise, that 50 paise will be credited as mobile phone recharge.
